The LGSA, as Saxony-Anhalt’s non-profit settlement corporation, is the certified ‘competent body’ that has sovereign authority to carry out farmland consolidation procedures under Article 53 Paragraph 4 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act and Article 99 Paragraph 2 of the Land Consolidation Act.

State-of-the-art equipment enables us to fast-track the following:

• Implementation of voluntary land exchange procedures

• Preparation of farmland reallocation procedures,
• Legitimation of parties concerned,
• Drawing up a road and waterways plan pursuant to Article 41,
• Asset valuation and re-parcelling of land plots,
• Drawing up reallocation plans, and

• Consolidation of separated land and building property.
